On saturday the 1st of april, strabane were due to play at ballyshannon in our penultimate league game, but they were unable to field a team, scratched the fixture, and we collected 2 very handy points and now cannot be caught at the top of the league .

AFTER STRABANE RFC BEAT THE PEELERS FAIR AND SQUARE IN THE GORDON WEST CUP ON THE 11TH FEBRUARY, THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THEIR DEFEAT AND PUT IN A COMPLAINT TO THE ULSTER BRANCH.
