 The national and local press have given Strabane RFC great coverage this week, thanks to their surprise victory over the P.S.N.I. at their home ground. The Belfast News Letter made it their top junior rugby story - thanks to Richard Mulligan, an Omagh man, for his support. The Strabane Weekly gave us the back page and used adjectives not associated with Strabane RFC for many's a year, and the Tyrone Constitution continued the lavish praise. Two of the reports are attatched for those that missed them, and there is now an air of expectancy about the club as we build towards a league and cup double :-) |
